Hey friends! I have been seeing this honey lime enchiladas all over the internet. This is my take on this delicious recipe. I am not a fan of rolling enchiladas. They just don't seem to come out of the pan in rolls but more like a square of a casserole. I prefer to make a bake if you will. Layering the ingredients of enchiladas.
