These Strawberries & Cream Bars might LOOK like they took hours to make—but it’s a secret between us that they didn’t!  They start with an easy sugar cookie base that bakes up soft, buttery, and perfectly golden.  It’s the dreamiest base for a layer of creamy goodness and sweet juicy strawberries on top.
