How to make Pork Chops Juicy and tender EVERY TIME!

I used to believe that pork chops were meant to be dry. NOT TRUE!!   That was before I learned this trick.  Thick-cut pork chops brined in salt water PRE-COOKING are the way to go! I put my pork chops in Tupperware or freezer bag and dissolve ¼ cup of kosher salt in water. Allow them to sit for at least 8 hours. They will come out juicy and so tender! Just pat dry before cooking them hot and fast. Read 400 degrees for about 20 minutes (maybe less) or grill them I promise you will have crispy, browned meat on the outside and juicy pork on the inside. It's so easy you'll wonder why you never thought of it! Try it--you'll never go back to dry pork chops again!

Bacon Onion Broccoli Chicken and Rice Casserole

It's made in one pan for an easy dinner the whole family will love. Perfect for busy weeknights, potlucks, or Sunday suppers. So savory with that creamy sauce and crunchy topping this hearty casserole is absolutely irresistible!
