Copycat Stouffers Grandma's Chicken and Rice

Indulge in a homemade masterpiece that outshines the frozen aisle. Tender chicken breast, perfectly seasoned and seared to lock in juices, combined with fluffy rice, all enveloped in a rich, creamy semi-homemade sauce. Each bite is a symphony of flavors dancing on your taste buds. This dish is comfort food at its finest, reminiscent of Grandma's kitchen. Say goodbye to the freezer section; this homemade version of Stouffer's Grandma's Chicken and Rice is a culinary triumph you'll crave time and time again!  PS this recipe makes a lot! You can get an 8x8 and a 9x13 out of it. It would be perfect to take the extra to a friend in need or to freeze for later.

Honey Lime Chicken Enchilada Bake

Hey friends! I have been seeing this honey lime enchiladas all over the internet. This is my take on this delicious recipe. I am not a fan of rolling enchiladas. They just don't seem to come out of the pan in rolls but more like a square of a casserole. I prefer to make a bake if you will. Layering the ingredients of enchiladas. Same flavor, much quicker to put together and easier to eat too, This one is fantastic!! My family absolutely loved it! Give it a try today!

Classic Tator Tot Casserole

This dish is an oldie but a goody! My Mom and my Grandma used to make if for me and my siblings and I now make it for my family too. To me this is comfort food. My mom would use 2 cream of mushrooms soups and my Grandma used 1 cream of mushroom soup and 1 cheddar cheese soup which I prefer slightly more but both versions are great! This is one of those casseroles that you can most definitely make your own. Don't like green beans? Use corn etc. You could switch the soups and cheese cheese up also. You do you Boo!! Let me know if you make this! What is your comfort food? Let me know in the comments!
