These most delicious little bars are flat out addictive! The salty from the crackers with the tasty smooth carmel and then the chocolate peanut butter topping. Oh, it is a dangerous mix that will have you unable to resist these little sweeties. Perhaps you can add them to your cookie plates for you neighbors to avoid eating them all.  I made this beauty for my Son and his beautiful wife and they seemed to really love it! This is when I knew I needed to share it with you! This s'mores cookie is a delicious treat that combines the classic flavors of a campfire s'more into a cookie form. The cookie has graham crumbs in the dough, and is then topped with a gooey marshmallow and a square of chocolate. The marshmallow and chocolate bar piece on top are melted together, creating a rich, decadent layer of sweetness that perfectly complements the buttery, crumbly cookie. Each bite is a delightful mix of textures and flavors, taking you back to childhood memories of roasting marshmallows around the campfire.

  These are SO SO good! They may be my new favorite chocolate chip recipe. I LOVE crumbl so trust me when I say we still go grab some of their deliciousness too, but sometimes, like on Sundays, I still need me some! Enter this copycat recipe. I have more than a few chocolate chip cookie recipes and I love them all but this one was special. It is worth a try!

They would be perfect as a last minute St Patricks Day Dessert but I would seriously love to eat them anytime. My whole family really enjoyed them! They disappeared pretty quickly. Hey Friends! This bar. I tell you what, this yummy bar is a very requested and popular bar in my house. It has been requested as birthday treats instead of cake and has even been called the most favorite dessert ever by one of my daughters. I have hesitated to share but know for my families sake this one needs to be recorded. We definitely dont want this one dissapearing with me.  This is such a yummy, easy cookie! Its really great for your cookie plates and cookie exchanges! So fun to change out the colors of the M&Ms to match the holiday or season you are baking in. It is a cross of peanut butter, oatmeal, and chocolate chip. So soft and delish! Also, there is NO flour used in this recipe. It can easily become of gluten free cookie if you make double sure your oats are gluten free.        

Oh man! These cookies were so good! Definitely have earned a spot on my dessert roation! The soft Peanut butter cookie is stuffed with a little morsel of candy bar surprise.
