I made this beauty for my Son and his beautiful wife and they seemed to really love it! This is when I knew I needed to share it with you! This s'mores cookie is a delicious treat that combines the classic flavors of a campfire s'more into a cookie form. The cookie has graham crumbs in the dough, and is then topped with a gooey marshmallow and a square of chocolate. The marshmallow and chocolate bar piece on top are melted together, creating a rich, decadent layer of sweetness that perfectly complements the buttery, crumbly cookie.
