Cheater Enchiladas

This is a lovely and tasty quick and easy dinner recipe for you. We loved it! It goes great with all your favorite taco toppings like shredded lettuce, sour cream and olives! Layers of flavorful sauce, frozen taquitos and cheese add up to one delicious meal! You can use whatever taquitos your family likes best. Be sure to try this one out!

Chicken Popper Casserole

Ok she's not a looker, but she is so great! You need to try this one out! The creamy cheesy sauce, the tender chicken and smoky bacon all seasoned just right, all topped with a buttery crust we all enjoy, will make you so glad you gave this one a try. Don't let the -all stuffing shot -fool you! This one is amazing and deserves a try. PS shout out to my smart hubby for grabbing the shot. He knew I needed to post this baby! I absolutely forgot because I was enjoying my dinner profusely. No thoughts just divine dining over here. LOL!

Oreo Truffle Brownies

Hey friend! Thanks for stopping by. Today I have a fun recipe that combines two of my favorite desserts! My fabulous homemade brownies and the famous Oreo truffles. I really enjoyed this and the added bonus of getting the oreo truffle with out the mess of dipping them! Its a perfect win win right there. These are great and would be awesome for the holidays too!
