Copycat Stouffers Grandma's Chicken and Rice

Indulge in a homemade masterpiece that outshines the frozen aisle. Tender chicken breast, perfectly seasoned and seared to lock in juices, combined with fluffy rice, all enveloped in a rich, creamy semi-homemade sauce. Each bite is a symphony of flavors dancing on your taste buds. This dish is comfort food at its finest, reminiscent of Grandma's kitchen. Say goodbye to the freezer section; this homemade version of Stouffer's Grandma's Chicken and Rice is a culinary triumph you'll crave time and time again!  PS this recipe makes a lot! You can get an 8x8 and a 9x13 out of it. It would be perfect to take the extra to a friend in need or to freeze for later.

Cheesy Lil Smokies Pasta

This quick easy pasta dish will delight your people with the delicious Boursin cheese! We love the smokies around here so I always double the amount called for in the recipe but I am sure it would be just a good as written. Give this easy one a try soon! You'll be glad you did!

Amazing Ham Salad

This ham salad is quite literally the best! I used my leftover Christmas dinner spiral cut ham to make it and my family loved it! It went amazingly fast (both making and eating) and I was told I need to make this salad over my split pea soup from now on. Give this one a try right away! I can guarantee you this will be what we will be making with my Easter ham leftovers for sure! It is wonderful on a cracker like a dip or super as a sandwich filling too.
