It starts!

I am starting a new interval training program this week.  I managed to do the first in the series this morning and it totally kicked my bootox! The part I did like was just when I thought I was going to die....It was OVER! OK. I loved that part. Yes, you heard me when it was over. HAHAHAHA!  It became painfully and vividly aware to me that I am way out of shape! Just my size alone prevented me from doing some of the exercises completely correct but ya know what?? I still did it and I finished.  I am going to do it again on Wed and I am going to keep doing it until it becomes easier. (BTW it is a 3 day a week program. MWF) I intend on doing my deep breathing exercises every day and will stick to my original plan for my food intake. I wanted to take care of this problem before the engagement of the most cute daughter and now I do even more.  Talk about Motivation!  Who wants to be immortalized for the generations like I am now?   Wish me luck! I am going to need it!

4 ingredient Easy Hot Fudge Sauce

This rich, gooey hot fudge sauce is made with just 4 simple ingredients and comes together in minutes! Just melt, stir, and pour—it’s irresistibly smooth and insanely GOOD on everything from ice cream to brownies ala mode  or even as fondue with your favorite fruit. This sauce will thicken upon standing, so if you're using it for fondue, you may want to put it in a warmed container. I even enjoyed it on the back of a ritz cracker. YUM! I am a sucker for salty and sweet together!
