Pizza Monkey Bread

I found this recipe from Confections of a Foodie Bride and altered it a smidge.  You can find the original recipe here. Please visit the beautiful site! You will love it! We all really enjoyed this recipe and will be making it again.  It was surprisingly not as much work as I thought it would be and the results were worth it.  Enjoy! Thank you Confections of a Foodie Bride!

Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread

4 Tbsp butter
36 thawed rhodes rolls

Instructions
Heat garlic and butter over medium heat just until the garlic begins to brown. Remove from heat and let sit.
Lightly brush the inside of a bundt pan (or other oven-safe dish) with garlic butter.
flatten rolls and .Top with a slice or two of pepperoni and a cube of mozzarella.
Wrap the dough around the pepperoni and cheese, pinching well to seal.
Repeat until all of the dough is used.
Drizzle with garlic butter
Cover and let sit for 30 minutes, while preheating the oven to 375.
Bake for ~45 minutes, until the top is very brown.
Remove from the oven invert onto a plate and brush with butter.  let sit for 10 minutes.
