Classic Tator Tot Casserole

This dish is an oldie but a goody! My Mom and my Grandma used to make if for me and my siblings and I now make it for my family too. To me this is comfort food. My mom would use 2 cream of mushrooms soups and my Grandma used 1 cream of mushroom soup and 1 cheddar cheese soup which I prefer slightly more but both versions are great! This is one of those casseroles that you can most definitely make your own. Don't like green beans? Use corn etc. You could switch the soups and cheese cheese up also. You do you Boo!!
