I love love love this recipe and so does my family! Even my kids friends were raving about them and I have fuzzy memories of eating them at my Aunt Carol's house when I was very small.   This ham salad is quite literally the best! I used my leftover Christmas dinner spiral cut ham to make it and my family loved it! It went amazingly fast (both making and eating) and I was told I need to make this salad over my split pea soup from now on. Give this one a try right away! I can guarantee you this will be what we will be making with my Easter ham leftovers for sure! It is wonderful on a cracker like a dip or super as a sandwich filling too.
