These Strawberries & Cream Bars might LOOK like they took hours to make—but it’s a secret between us that they didn’t!  They start with an easy sugar cookie base that bakes up soft, buttery, and perfectly golden.  It’s the dreamiest base for a layer of creamy goodness and sweet juicy strawberries on top. They taste like the best of strawberry shortcake and a creamy dessert bar had a baby.  The cookie base is so rich and homemade-tasting (like it came straight from scratch!)  and the creamy layer is perfectly decadent without being overly heavy. Hey Friends! Don't let this simple unassuming picture fool you! This little baby is next level! If you love rice crispy treats this Lucky Charm bar is going to blow your socks off! They would be perfect as a last minute St Patricks Day Dessert but I would seriously love to eat them anytime. My whole family really enjoyed them! They disappeared pretty quickly. Hey Friends! This bar. I tell you what, this yummy bar is a very requested and popular bar in my house. It has been requested as birthday treats instead of cake and has even been called the most favorite dessert ever by one of my daughters.
