I used to believe that pork chops were meant to be dry. NOT TRUE!!
That was before I learned this trick.
Thick-cut pork chops brined in salt water PRE-COOKING are the way to go!
I put my pork chops in Tupperware or freezer bag and dissolve ¼ cup of kosher salt in water. Allow them to sit for at least 8 hours. They will come out juicy and so tender!
Just pat dry before cooking them hot and fast. Read 400 degrees for about 20 minutes (maybe less) or grill them
I promise you will have crispy, browned meat on the outside and juicy pork on the inside. It's so easy you'll wonder why you never thought of it!
Try it--you'll never go back to dry pork chops again!
