As I feel my body ache after today's workout (designed to kick my butt which it did ever so soundly) this came across my pinterest and it was exactly what I needed! It comes from this blog which is pretty cool and worthy of your time for a visit.

(PS I colored my hair and I am not sure I like it. BOO.  My family keeps saying they "love" it but I am not sure.  The funny thing is it is supposed to be my natural color so you'd think it would look and feel right. Hopefully it grows on me!!)
