Today's Inspiration You can have some too if you like..

As I feel my body ache after today's workout (designed to kick my butt which it did ever so soundly) this came across my pinterest and it was exactly what I needed! It comes from this blog which is pretty cool and worthy of your time for a visit.
ITS WORTH IT!! I GOT THIS!

Thought I'd share...I hope it helps you too!
Almost 20lbs down and counting my peeps! WOOOT WOOT!

(PS I colored my hair and I am not sure I like it. BOO.  My family keeps saying they "love" it but I am not sure.  The funny thing is it is supposed to be my natural color so you'd think it would look and feel right. Hopefully it grows on me!!)

Copycat Stouffers Grandma's Chicken and Rice

Indulge in a homemade masterpiece that outshines the frozen aisle. Tender chicken breast, perfectly seasoned and seared to lock in juices, combined with fluffy rice, all enveloped in a rich, creamy semi-homemade sauce. Each bite is a symphony of flavors dancing on your taste buds. This dish is comfort food at its finest, reminiscent of Grandma's kitchen. Say goodbye to the freezer section; this homemade version of Stouffer's Grandma's Chicken and Rice is a culinary triumph you'll crave time and time again!  PS this recipe makes a lot! You can get an 8x8 and a 9x13 out of it. It would be perfect to take the extra to a friend in need or to freeze for later.

Low Carb Chicken Spinach and Artichoke Casserole

Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor, this Chicken Spinach Artichoke Casserole is everything you love about the classic dip—turned into a hearty dinner! Tender chunks of chicken are baked in a rich, savory sauce with spinach, artichokes, and plenty of melty cheese. It’s the perfect easy weeknight meal that feels a little fancy without the fuss. This comforting casserole is a guaranteed family favorite. Bonus: it’s low carb, and super satisfying!

4 ingredient Easy Hot Fudge Sauce

This rich, gooey hot fudge sauce is made with just 4 simple ingredients and comes together in minutes! Just melt, stir, and pour—it’s irresistibly smooth and insanely GOOD on everything from ice cream to brownies ala mode  or even as fondue with your favorite fruit. This sauce will thicken upon standing, so if you're using it for fondue, you may want to put it in a warmed container. I even enjoyed it on the back of a ritz cracker. YUM! I am a sucker for salty and sweet together!

No Peek Chicken and Rice-A one pan meal!

This recipe is a classic my mom used to make for us when I was a young girl. I loved it then and I love it now! I have made it my own and I think you will love this easy tasty dish! PS This one is great for Sundays after church!
