Sweet Harmony Salad (Kathy's Salad)

This salad is amazing! It is one I thought about long after I ate it and was so happy that my friend Kathy shared with me what is in it. Its got fruit, cheese, chicken chunks and pasta and the sauce is fantastic. This sweet salad can be a main dish or a side dish and it is so refreshing and works really well in the spring and summer when you aren't looking to heat up your house. (but who are we kidding its great year round!)  I don't think Kathy ever told me the name of the salad so I came up with Sweet Harmony Salad but we really call it Kathy's Salad around my house. Kathy was the very first person who approached me when I was a brand new person at our church, our first Sunday there, and she's become a dear friend that I just really love seeing every Sunday. She seems to have a knack for making people feel seen. No one wants to feel like they go unnoticed and she rules at taking people in and under her wing. Kathy has a heart of gold! She invited me to come have lunch...
