Hey Friends! This bar. I tell you what, this yummy bar is a very requested and popular bar in my house. It has been requested as birthday treats instead of cake and has even been called the most favorite dessert ever by one of my daughters. I have hesitated to share but know for my families sake this one needs to be recorded. We definitely dont want this one dissapearing with me. Eclair Cake is a super tasty, very easy, no bake dessert, (also know as an ice box cake) that is on my regular dessert roation. It is perfect for the warmer months when we are looking to not turn the oven and heat up the house, but dont think it cant be eaten in the cooler months. It is great anytime! Be sure to leave yourself enough time for it to meld in the fridge and get those graham crackers nice and soft. Everyone in my family loves Eclair Cake! Give it a try!
