I love anything peanut butter and chocolate and this is no exception. The first few times I made them I used a TBS scoop and it felt too rich to me. I love this yummy candy and after tweeking the recipe from Taste of Home  to make it just right for me and mine I think it is finally perfect for us! If you love the sweety and salty stuff you are going to love this!! Here is is: CRACKER CANDY 1-1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs 1 Cup Sugar 3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar 3/4 Cup Butter, Cubed 3/4 Cup Milk 2 Sleeves Club Crackers 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips 1 Cup Peanut Butter Chips 3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter In a sauce pan, combine The cracker crumbs, sugars, butter and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 5 minutes longer. Place a single layer of crackers in a greased 13-in x 9-in dish; top with half  of the crumb mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining crackers. In a small sauce pan, combine the peanut butter chips chocolate chips and peanut butter. Cook and stir until smooth. Pour over the crackers. Let stand until set.
