Homemade Tamales

I have been searching and looking and scavenging for the perfect tamale masa recipe for about 30 years and I think I have finally found it! My sweethearts family made tamales every new years eve. I hope this is close to his Grandma Dardanellas tamales. If you have any questions please reach out in the comments and I will do my best to answer you! ENJOY!
