My sweet Sarah loves Muddy buddies and requests them for the holidays especially. If you are needing a delicious crowd pleasing treat that is quick and easy this one is for you!   Here are some fun facts about this delicious treat! The origins of the snack are unclear, but it likely originated from recipe pamphlets or community cookbooks from the 1960s.  Puppy chow, also known as muddy buddies, is a sweet and crunchy snack made with cereal, peanut butter, chocolate, and powdered sugar. It's a popular treat for holidays and gaming, and is often made for both children and adults. The snack is especially popular in the Midwest, which is known as the "puppy chow belt.
